It's Friday for 15 more minutes!
Friday Fun Picks! There isn't enough Friday left to play any of these in depth, but hey, that's what Saturday's for! Hexalot Kinda neat. Create bridges in order to send your knight type people to their home castles. Not very challenging unless you try the "arcade" mode, which is timed. Even the "adventure", untimed mode is sort of neat and relaxing though. I like it. Pixelus My fav for this week. Pixelus has you slide little blocks to create mosaics. Requires more strategy than you may think at first, and discovering what the pictures are when they are done is very satisfying. This one is not on shockwave (I have a GameBlast membership), but I am considering purchasing it. Neat mechanics and pretty fun. Jedi Trainer This is a cool game, mostly because the interface feels so nice. Use the mouse to swirl your lightsaber around like a whirling Jedi demon and take out the training droids. Could use a couple more features, like better feedback when you get hit, but is still a great 10 - 15 minute at a time diversion. Hey, you have just enough time to play it now before it's not Friday anymore! (Thanks to my sister Kelsey for the reccomendation). Send me your picks at jetgirl [at] jetgirl.net

Jedi Trainer is amusing, but I feel like the "deflections" weren't always very logical. (It's like angle barely mattered.) Pixelus is clearly the best one on this list, though.
